Refund Policy

1. General Principle

Since our services are knowledge-based and time-intensive , refunds are evaluated based on stage of work completed at time of cancellation. No blanket full refunds once work begins.

Before work starts (within 24 hours of advance, no files shared)	90% of advance refunded (10% cancellation fee deducted)
After work started, before 50% completion	50% of advance refunded (10% cancellation fee deducted)
After 50%+ work completed	No refund on advance
After final deliverables shared	No refund applicable
Client unresponsive 30+ days after advance payment	No refund — project abandoned

• ❌ Final deliverables already shared
• ❌ Client changed mind after work commenced
• ❌ Dissatisfaction due to inaccurate info provided by Client
• ❌ Client failed to respond during project
• ❌ Delays caused by Client leading to rework
• ❌ Dissatisfaction with third-party contractor outcomes
• ❌ Force majeure situations

5. How to Request a Refund

• Refunds only to original payment source (same UPI / bank account)
• No refunds in cash

6. Quality Disputes

• Raise concern within 7 working days of receiving deliverable
• We offer one free revision round
• If unresolved — handled per Dispute Resolution in Terms & Conditions
• Subjective dissatisfaction does not qualify for refund
